I love the light coverage and realskin look of skin tints, tinted sunscreens, BB creams, etc. so I was thrilled when Yensa announced a foundation with serum in the name. I was disappointed to learn that this is still a very medium to possibly highcoverage foundation though. I will say that I prefer it to their original foundation line because it is a slightly thinner formula, but it still ended up sliding around a bit and settling into pores and fine lines. To be clear I have never found a high coverage foundation that does not do this on me thats why I avoid them and this one performed much better than others, so if thats not an issue for you then go for it. But if youre looking for a serumy type of tint type deal, this isnt it. Also it had a similar scent to the other foundation if fragrance matters to anyone. Although Im returning both shades that I ordered, Im still rating 4 stars because my face literally felt GLORIOUS after I washed my makeup off for bed every day. I wish they could put the same skincare benefits into a lighter coverage product

Im 45 and have struggled to find the right foundation that provides the right amount of coverage for hyperpigmentation without looking orangey, washed out, or too thick. This is the holy grail foundation Ive been searching for Just a few drops provides absolutely flawless coverage without feeling heavy or cakey and lasts the entire day. My skin looks radiant, dewy, and fresh. It washes off easily with CBD Superfood Dual Cleansing Oil.

Sooo my very first time trying yensa and I love it. I love having a beauty product on my skin that takes care of my skin and well as the coverage. I have a very oily tzone so I have to bake that area but I really enjoy my product. Lets talk about the shade, I am a Carmel skin tone I for me I have the biggest problem finding the right shade match, I have so many shades to my skin but you guys NAILED IT The shade was perfect so perfect where you cant even tell Im wearing makeup, my foundation Disappears into my skin. I love this foundation I was gifted by Yensa A tiny bit goes a very long way It goes on smoothly and has a nice natural look on me. It has a slight scent but it isnt unpleasant nor super strong. The scent itself isnt of makeup but more like a fresh scent. The pump works amazing and I like how it allows half pumps. A half pump was enough to do my entire face so thats a major plus for me. It left my skin feeling normal so that is great too.

I was gifted this product from YENSA. This is my honest review and these are my honest opinions. This foundation is great because it is medium coverage and not too thick. Using a little goes a long way and it covered my skin greatly. It also keeps my skin to a matte finish which is what I look for in my foundations. My skin did not have any reactions such as breakouts to it either. I definitely recommend for combination skin.

Goes on beautifully, nice coverage and finish BUT, unfortunately it transfers with the simplest touch to your face after applying it, even more so hours after. I do not have an oily face but this makes my face shiny with an oily sheen to it after an hour and builds a bit more over time. I would need to apply powder throughout the day to keep it set, something I do not like to do. Would not be able to hug someone without it transferring it to them. If it did not get oily or rub off with a simple touch, this would be my new foundation. For reference, I currently use Lancomes Teint Idole Ultra 24H Long Wear Matte Foundation a little heavier than I would like, but stays flawless all day, never need to apply powder. Was really hoping Yensa would wear better.

I got this foundation in an Ipsy and its got the best coverage Ive found yet I have some large dark spots on my cheeks an Yensa covers them almost completely. I use the CoverFX Gripper primer to help it stay all day. The Warm medium is a perfect match for my Asian skintone. I already ordered a second bottle and there was a mix up at the warehouse. Yensa customer service was top notch and fixed the problem immediately, at no extra cost to me. And, yes I cut off 12 of hair to donate to LocksofLove.

I just love this foundation. It feels amazing on your skin where its a serum foundation and it blends like a dream. I have dry skin and it goes so well with it, were it has hyaluronic acid in it with oh so many goodies. It is more a medium coverage to buildable full coverage I have used a sponge and a brush both to apply and either one is gorgeous and it gives a natural glow to it. Im telling you this is probably one of the best foundations that I have used. Im so glad that it was in my Ipsy box cause i would have missed out on such a great product. I order a backup while they had it on sale in their shop
