LIBRE eau de parfum, the newest fragrance from YSL is the embodiment of todays woman. They are both bold, free and exude confidence but not afraid to show off their sexy, sultry side either. When this fragrance is first applied, I can immediately smell the light, soothing floral scents from the Lavender essence. This fragrance then dries down to a seductive scent filled with notes of Moroccan Orange and then finishes with sensuous notes of Musk Accord which is a rich floral scent combined with a long lasting deep musk. This is not your typical floral fragrance. The addition of the citrus and musky notes make this fragrance one of a kind. Although this parfum is not overpowering at all, it is definitely a fragrance that will be noticed. I get so many compliments every time I have it on. And the staying power is unbeatable. I can dab some on my neck, wrists, behind my elbows and behind my knees before heading out to work in the morning and can still smell this fragrance when the day is done. Plus its very potent. Just a little bit is all youll ever need to keep smelling fantastic all day and night. And the bottle itself is an homage to the classy, sophisticated, modern woman of todays world. Excellent smell I love this one it is sophisticated, heavy on vetiver and coriander, and lingers a long time. It is a sexy mens fragrance, to me it smells pretty masculine, but I have also heard that some women wear it, too. I guess it could be unisex, in that cleanfragrance way. I think it smells magnificent, but it is still pricey even here, so I am deducting a star for that. This one is not new, so I am amazed that the price never falls. That makes it more of a special occasion scent than every day one, to me.

YSL Lhomme is one of my all time favorite scents. The opening is magical and the fragrance is very invigorating, clean, fresh, and classy. Yes, its true the fragrance does not last long..maybe 23 hrs tops and its gone, on clothes it may hang around for 45hrs. The projection is decent the first hour and then becomes a skin scent. This is a great choice when you need something subtle but stunning, and perfect for close encounters. Just wish it lasted longer, if this product had great performance it would be a 1010 and easily my signature goto scent.
