I was aiming to find an eye product that would incredibly hydrate the skin and visibly improve it. Although the product smells great, it has a thick consistency and needs to be removed. Once I put it for all night and felt quite heavy in the eye area in the morning. I have combination skin and slight dark circles. I expected more from the product although I keep it in the fridge for better performance. I think that if you do not have any particular requirement from this product and you have good skin, I think it can work for you, but it did not work quite well for me.

Ive used this cream and the day version for a month now to give the range a real, honest test. I loved the day cream and I love the night version just as much.I realise its very expensive, but in my opinion its worth every penny. Straight away my skin was smoother, silkier plumper too. But in the last week or so, Ive really noticed a positive effect. My skin just looks so much younger so much firmer. Im thrilled. Really thrilled.I cannot wait to see what the future holds for this range, but I am now the age where investing in myself is justified. And this range is a worthwhile investment. Fabulous stuff. Try it, I think youll agree.This is a makeup primer that also promises to brighten. And while there are a billion products that claim to brighten your skin Clarins Beauty Flash Balm ACTUALLY brightens it What does that mean When you use this product, and apply makeup over it, your face is immediately dewy and glowing regardless of whatever cakey stuff you think youre layering on top of it. It is very unique in that way, in my opinion.However, the effect for me, personally was slightly overwhelming. I noticed that I would not need to apply a highlighter over my foundation when using this, because this primer actually fills the need of a highlighter by brightening UNDER the makeup. The effect, as I mentioned, was a little much for everyday use. It gave the look of dewy and bright, but almost too dewy though not oily, per se.I think the effect is perfect for going out, nights instead of everyday wear. Feels great, though. I think it would be perfect for aging skin that might look a little dull.FYI a powdery smell, too, for those who might be averse to such things.

From first using this night cream, I could notice a difference in my skin. The texture of the cream is beautiful, the scent is lovely and more importantly, my skin looks and feels amazing. This is on the expensive side as far as moisturisers go, but I think worth it. I have been a long time user of Clarins products since my 20s and this skincare line by far exceeds the competition. I am now in my late 30s and many people think I am in my late 20s. This cream is so moisturizing it absorbs into the skin. I do want to caution new users that it is important that you know your skin type CombinationOily, Normal, Dry as the creams are formulated based on your skin type to address skin concerns needed. I also recommend watching the application videos as it gives you a tutorial on how to effectively apply the cream. The cream itself is very luxurious and although there is a slight fragrance the smell is of the highest quality and it is not overwhelming. I always get compliments that my skin looks glowy, healthy, and youthful upon application.
