This primer is a minisubtle facelift in a bottle. It is a creamlike texture and when smoothed on to the skin, it provides an even, moisturized, tight texture that lifts and tightens the skin to allow for a radiant, fresh face. This primer creates a slight film although you cannot feel it while wearing it on your face which acts as a mini lift to the skin. This primer has a different technology to it than your tradition primer, so when applying it to your face, smooth it on in a big sweeping motion and work quickly with it. Do not overwork the product into your face or rub it in will break down the film. It is also good to not use it every day or your face will get used to this particular product This primer is a wonderful invention and Im so happy Ulta is now carrying this

I have used Clarins BFB for more than 20 years and LOVE it I dont know what these other reviewers are talking about with scent Ive never noticed any scent from this. That said, French products generally have lovely scents as products are meant to appeal to all of the senses…if you are someone who does not like scent, you most likely should stick to American products. I squeeze a peasize amount on my finger and blend with my foundation or tinted sunscreen and then smooth it on my face. It gives you the most luminous skin It also tightens. For a big evening out or clubbing if youre younger put all of your makeup on and then squeeze a dime size amount or so in the palm of your hand and pat it all over your face for perfect skin

WOW My daughter works at Ulta and her coworker got me started with Clarins heavy eye make up remover. I have other, serious skin care issues due to systemic Lupus. I figured if the eye make up remover was wonderful I should try everything else. I am SO glad I did My skin looks and feels better than it has in over 20 years and I get compliments all the time. I cant say enough how WONDERFUL this and all the Clarins products are. Yes, they seem pricey at first but a tiny bit goes a LONNNNNNNNNNG way so you are actually saving money in the long run especially compared to other name brand products. Cant say it enough. Good, great, awesome stuff
